Melkior has the tendency to fly over the city, greeting anyone he meets, things can get a little freaky sometimes, he’s a creature of magic after all, so he’s always up for some kind of mischief. His favorite trick, however, is a little more mundane. Presenting Casper, the noble puppet and partner in crime, he’s always nearby for some hilarious shows, musical numbers, and uncanny imitations (his words).
